The main structure of this workshop is based upon four of our values as Kwakwaka'wakw people:
1: maya'xa̱la - respect/reverence
2: mu'la - to be grateful
3: k̓a'wala - servitude/to help
4: ts̓uxwatła - to uplift
As we grow up, we experience in our environment these four values. The degree of exposure will depend on how much of these values are taught and lived by those in our presence.
This workshop will focus on these four values, definitions and examples of each one. We need to be true in the intention of the relationship with ourselves and with those we interact with.
